Oyster Bay Window & Siding Project

Here we changed the windows and siding on this home in Oyster Bay. First, we replaced the existing windows with vinyl double hung windows around the whole house. Then we sided the front of the house with Storm colored vinyl shake shingles and the sides with Storm clapboard vinyl siding. Finally, we finished the project by accenting all the windows with white mantels.

This home in Williston Park underwent a complete exterior renovation on windows and siding. The roof was ripped and replaced with lifetime architectural shingles in Williamsburg Slate. Then all of the windows were replaced with vinyl replacement windows. All of the windows were double hung replacement that tilt-in for easy cleaning and improve the energy efficiency of the home. Our windows come with Low-E and argon standard, so you know you’re getting the best energy package available on windows. Finally, we installed Tuscan Clay vinyl shakes on the front of the house with clapboard vinyl siding on the sides and rear. This home is going to stand out well in the neighborhood for several years to come.

Somerset Wheat Siding Project in West Babylon

We replaced the siding on this house in West Babylon with shake shingles on the front and dutch lap vinyl siding on the sides. The homeowner chose to side the house with the Somerset Wheat color and all trim was done in the same color, except for the exterior cornerposts. The j-channels and interior cornerposts were done in Somerset Wheat while the exterior posts, soffits, and capping were done in white.

This home in West Islip was elevated and renovated completely to protect it from future storm damage. We replaced the siding around the whole house with Slate shakes and weatherproofed this home. The siding was accented with Cranberry raised panel shutters and all trim was finished in white. With all new exterior, this home should last on the waterfront for many years to come!

East Islip Siding, Stone & Roof Project

East Islip Tuscan Clay Siding Project

This split-level home in East Islip underwent a complete remodeling on its exterior. The roof was replaced with lifetime Weathered Wood architectural shingles by GAF. Then the siding was replaced with vinyl siding and stone. We installed Plum Creek Versetta Ledgestone underneath the second floor by the main entranceway of the home. Then we installed Tuscan Clay shake shingles on the front of the home with Dutch Lap vinyl siding on the sides and rear. The colors of the home were then accented with dark red shutters to help contrast the brown of the home. Along with colorful landscaping, this home’s transformation will surely stand out in the neighborhood for years to come!

This building that we sided is a corner commercial building on a main street in Dix Hills. We installed Canyon Drift vinyl shake shingles around the whole upper half of the building. This home in Massapequa was renovated all around so that it can be sold. A lot of homeowners find that it is easier to sell their home by making the necessary renovations that will make the home look more attractive to a prospective buyer. On this home, we replaced the siding all around with Coastal Sage colored vinyl siding. We installed shakes on the front of the home, and dutch lap siding on the sides and rear.

Here we sided this home in Port Washington with Mystic Blue shake shingles in the front. Every siding color offers a broad spectrum of shades depending on the angle of which the sun hits. You can see the difference in the Mystic Blue color and how it lightens up when the sun is directly angled on the panel on a clear Summer day.
