Here we sided this hi-ranch in Westbury with Monterey Sand Shakes, but left the existing brick exposed. Additionally, Brick Red shutters were installed to complement the exposed brick. The sides of the homes were covered with dutch lap vinyl siding.
This home in Old Bethpage was sided with Coastal Sage shakes. The color of the shakes matched the color of the dark gray architectural roof really well. No shutters were necessary as this home looked complete with just the siding.
Here we sided this ranch-style home in Brentwood with vinyl siding and replaced its windows with replacement windows. The windows that were installed were pure PVC extruded casement windows. The vinyl shake siding that was installed is Monterey Sand and you can see the color range when the sun is at the reverse side of the home.
This hi-ranch in Massapequa was renovated with new windows and siding. The windows were replaced with casement windows and sliders. The siding was replaced with Coastal Sage vinyl shakes and accented with Hunter Green Shutters.
This home in Bohemia was renovated with new windows and siding. The windows are vinyl replacement windows and the siding is vinyl shake shingles. The color of the shakes are Mystic Blue and all trim was done in white.
Here we re-sided this condo in Bay Shore. Even though the condo is attached to other condos, it is still relatively easy to side up to a specific point where the two meet each other. This home was sided with Tuscan Clay vinyl shakes.
This home in Farmingdale was re-sided with vinyl Shake shingles. After the roof was replaced with Black architectural shingles, the complementing color of Tuscan Clay was installed all around. Then, black shutters were installed to match the black charcoal roof.
Here we re-sided this home in Baldwin and installed a small overhang. The color of the siding is Cape Cod Gray, and we used shake shingles around the whole home.
Here are some pictures of siding completed at the Sunrise Condominiums in Sayville, NY. The two most popular vinyl siding colors at these condos are Terra Cotta and Glacier White. Shake shingles are really popular at these condos, as well as renovating the existing windows.
This home in Rockville Centre was sided with shake shingles on the front and clapboard vinyl siding on the sides. The colors of the siding is Autumn Red, while all of the accents were done in white. Mantels and vents were also installed in white.
