Siding & Roof Replaced in Oceanside

This ranch-style home in Oceanside recently opted for a roof replacement and siding replacement. We went with a Dual Black roof color, which would further complement the Storm shakes. Along with Storm shakes in the front, we installed Storm dutch lap siding around the rest of the home. The homeowner had gray ledge work completed, so all of the colors on the project were in the same family. At the end of the project, the home’s color pattern really came together and stands out wonderfully in comparison to the rest of the homes on the street.

Coastal Sage Siding Replacement in Merrick

This home in Merrick underwent a complete home siding replacement with the Coastal Sage color. The homeowner chose the have shake shingles installed in the front with dutch lap siding on the sides. Additionally, the merlot colored shutters were installed to provide contrast to the green tone of the coastal sage color.

Siding and Window Replacement Shirley

This home underwent a trifecta of renovations, which included windows, siding, and roofing. We replaced the roof with biscayne blue architectural shingles, as well as supplied and replaced the gutters and leaders. Then we replaced all the windows with new double hung replacement vinyl windows and picture window set ups featuring double hung flankers.

The next step in the process was to match a siding color that complemented the roof, which the homeowner decided for the “Mystic Blue” color. We put shakes in the front and clapboard siding on the sides. The homeowner also wanted to transition from an all blew color theme, so they decided for cranberry red shutters. Overall installation process took about two weeks.

Maple Peak Siding and Windows in Bohemia

This cape home in Bohemia replaced its windows and peak siding with vinyl windows and vinyl siding. The windows were replaced with vinyl replacement double hung windows, while the siding was replaced with dutch lap vinyl siding. The color of the dutch lap vinyl siding on the peaks and sides is Maple.

Cape Cod Gray Siding & Windows Bay Shore Home

This homeowner decided to change both of their windows and siding at the same time. We installed double hung windows throughout the whole home, as well as picture window setups with double hung flankers and half moon picture windows. Upon completion, we installed Cape Cod Gray Shakes in the front of the home and siding on the sides. In order to tie in all of the same family colors on the home, we installed black shutters to complement the color scheme of the home.

Windows & Siding Install in Massapequa

First we began work on this home in Massapequa by removing all of the old siding. Then we installed several double hung windows and a bay window prior to beginning work on the siding. Upon finishing the first phase of this project, we installed Tuscan Clay shakes on the front and accented the windows with Hunter Green shutters.

Siding Replacement in Massapequa Park

This home in Massapequa Park underwent a complete siding replacement. We removed the old siding and replaced it with Coastal Sage Shakes. This siding was accented with white soffits and mantels, really bringing out the color of this home.

21 New Windows and Storm Siding in Glen Cove

Here we replaced the old siding on this home in Glen Cove with Storm colored Clapboard vinyl siding. Additionally, the windows were replaced throughout the house with replacement windows. This home was made up predominantly of double hung windows and mulled double hung windows. Our double hung windows can be mulled together to one frame in order to avoid a center divider, this way avoiding a thick obtrusive obstacle in your view.

Dix Hills Siding Replacement with Vintage Wicker Clapboard and Weathered Wood Roof

This siding replacement project consisted of replacing the old siding with new vintage wicker clapboard. We also replaced the old roof with weathered wood architectural shingles. The facade of the home was accented with stone and a portico. The home in Dix Hills was transformed in to a dream home.

Shake Siding Replacement in Massapequa

Here we renovated the front of the homeowner’s home with new siding. We replaced the home’s old siding with new vintage wicker shakes. The color of the new shakes was additionally accented with merlot red shutters.
