Soffit provides a beautiful finished appearance while providing the ventilation you need to remove excess heat and humidity from eaves, overhangs and attics. All of our distinctive designs are available in both solid and vented panels.
Performance
It's more than 20 percent thicker than ordinary soffit, making it ideal for longer spans where other soffit may sag. And with a weather-tested hurricane locking system, this soffit is ideal for coastal locations and high-wind areas. A strong Hurricane Locking System keeps panels firmly in place, assuring a look of premium quality for as long as you own your home.
Warranty
Alpha Soffit has a Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty. Soffit is warranted against blistering, corroding, flaking and peeling as a direct result of defects occurring in the manufacturing process, under normal use and service. This warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the owner of the property to which the products were originally installed. It remains in effect as long as the property owner continues to live in and own the property. In the case of an ownership change, the warranty may be transferred to the new owner as a fifty year non-prorated warranty from the date of original installation.
